Build the leading facility services brand for SME customers in Europe

We combine our industry expertise with innovative software to provide seamless and customer-oriented facility services throughout Germany. More than 1'000 companies of all sizes trust us and use our service on a regular basis.

Since 2016, we offer a wide range of services to business customers. This includes cleaning of offices, medical practices, law firms, shops and many more customer groups. We make facility services a great experience through our technology platform, providing a 21st-century user experience for our customers and partners companies. We strive to serve our clients with the highest quality of service; this is our DNA.

2018

In July we officially launched our new brand Tiger Facility Services. More in the article on WiWo Online
We are transforming from a booking platform into a multi-service platform for facility management

2017

> 60 employees support us in our Berlin Headquarter
>500 employed cleaners to bring high quality cleaning to customers

2016

Start of our B2B unit offering facility services to small to medium sized companies
To increase the quality of our service we decided to adjust our operating model and started working with employed cleaning staff

2015

Start of operations in The Netherlands late 2015
Start in Austria and Switzerland in Spring 2015

Co-founder & CEO

Claude Ritter is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Tiger Facility Services and is responsible for Company Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Product and Technology.
‍
Prior to Tiger Facility Services, he co-founded Berlin based Delivery Hero in 2010 and served 4 years as Chief Product Officer (CPO) for Delivery Hero, the worlds largest food-ordering network. Delivery Hero went public at the Frankfurt stock exchange on Jun 30, 2017 (DHER).
